FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and, in particular, relates to an installation and a method for the production of building and cladding panels from waste or multilayer partially polymeric materials. The plant consists of units: preparation, molding, hot and cold pressing process until the end product and packaging, where the line consists of the following: three mills (2) connected to transport fans (3), transport pipes (4) connected to seven cyclone separators (5) and seven baskets (6), spiral conveyor (7), seven scales with dosing devices (8), conveyor belts (9), rectifiers (10), sedimentation tanks (12), seven exhaust pipes (11), three transport fans (13) connected to four pipelines (25, 26, 27, 28). In this case, the forming unit consists of three cyclone separators (24), three mixers (21) with metering gates, three dispensers (20), the main conveyor belt (14), a tray cartridge (18), a lower foil feeder (19), three stations shaking (15, 16, 17), torsion gear rollers (22), distributor rake (23), upper foil feeder (29), cold prepress (33), mechanism (32) for side foil twisting, mechanism (34) for welding foil, a mechanism (31) for transverse welding with foil trimming, a hot prepress (35), a mechanism (30) for interrupting the shaking of the auxiliary conveyor (36), a preparatory cartridge (37) and a pusher (39). Also, the units of the hot and cold pressing process, forming hot presses (38) until the final product is ready, a multistage conveyor (40), a pusher (42), a cold press (41), a cartridge (43) with vertical action, a receiving conveyor (44), a receiver (45) of trays, a packer (46) for raw boards and two receivers (47) for raw boards, and a package finishing unit contains a forklift (48), an input cartridge (49) for raw boards, a device (50 ) automatic positioning, cutting and trimming, cleaning and suction mechanism (51), finished product packer (52), wrapping and tightening mechanism (53).
EFFECT: obtaining environmentally friendly multilayer boards from recycled plastic materials of various building forms with improved thermal insulation and mechanical properties with a longer service life.
