FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used for semi-finishing and finishing of the teeth of cylindrical gears with an involute profile. The method of processing the teeth of the gear wheel (1) with a disk blade tool (2) is performed according to the method of periodic rolling. The cutting edges (3) of the tool (2) are placed in a plane perpendicular to the axis (4) of its rotation. When rolling the involute profile when turning the machined wheel (1) around its axis (5) by an angle Δϕ, the disk blade tool (2) is moved in the direction of the mutually perpendicular coordinate axes X and Y at distances ΔX and ΔY, the processing of the lateral side of the tooth is performed at joint movements of the machined wheel (1) and the tool (2), while the angle Δϕ is changed in the range from 0° to ϕmах. After processing one lateral side of the tooth in the first cavity, an automated control of its position is carried out using a three-coordinate probe (6), the center of the spherical tip (7) of which, according to the CNC program, is brought to the point with the coordinates XST and YST. The value of the deviation ΔR is recorded, on the basis of which the value of the correction for the length of the tool ΔWR and the angular position of the workpiece ϕΔW are determined; the given dependencies.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of teeth processing in terms of the length of the common normal due to automated control of the position of the lateral side of the tooth after processing it in the first cavity of the first part from the batch.
