FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication technologies and, in particular, to a method for determining the scheduling parameter, a method for configuring the scheduling parameter, subscriber equipment and a device on the network side. The method for determining the scheduling parameter is used by UE, where the scheduling parameter includes a shift threshold in planning, and includes determining this shift threshold in planning for the current application area in accordance with a pre-established rule, when the carrier frequency or BWP, where the PDCCH is located, and the carrier frequency or BWP, where the PDSCH is located, whose operation is scheduled by PDCCH, have different numbers.
EFFECT: enabling the UE to determine the threshold of a shift in planning when planning is being performed on the network side between carrier frequencies or between BWP for the UE.
