SUBSTANCE: terminal includes a receiver configured to receive information related to a quasi-co-location (QCL) relationship between synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (SS/PBCH) blocks for an unlicensed frequency band, and a controller configured to monitor a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) using a particular set of search spaces based on the information related to a quasi-collocation (QCL) relationship, wherein the information related to the QCL includes an index specifying an offset and a number of search spaces per slot for configuring monitoring.
EFFECT: ability to transmit additional information without increasing the size of the payload.
