SUBSTANCE: electrical household appliance contains steam generation base (1) including steam generator (5) containing boiling chamber (52) and liquid container (4) made with the possibility of supplying liquid under the action of gravity to boiling chamber (52), while liquid flows under the action of gravity from container (4) towards boiling chamber (52) until a liquid level in boiling chamber (52) reaches a balance level called a control level, at which the liquid level in the appliance prevents the air penetration to container (4), while boiling chamber (52) contains steam outlet (50) providing the possibility of steam release in the direction of working tool (3), such as a flattening brush, and communication hole (55) connected to pipeline (6; 106) having outlet (60; 160) closed with removable plug (7; 107), while pipeline (6; 106) contains container (8; 108) for collecting scale, made with the possibility of being extracted through outlet (60; 160).

EFFECT: creation of an appliance that will provide the possibility for the user to easily see the level of scale formation in his appliance, in which the operation of scale removal is simple and convenient.
