SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication. To achieve the expected result, the user equipment accepts configuration information related to the data transmission radio channel (DRB) and accepts the Data transmission Medium Access Control (CE MAC) indicating activation/deactivation of the duplication function of the DRB level Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP). If the CE MAC indicates deactivation of the PDCP duplication function, the user equipment determines whether the configuration information contains indication information showing a limiting relationship between the logical channel associated with the DRB and the service cell that is allowed to be used, and, based on the specified definition, determines the service cell used for the logical channel.

EFFECT: ability to flexibly manage the activation and deactivation of PDCP duplication.
