SUBSTANCE: in order to realise the effect, RLC failure processing is provided in PDCP duplication, wherein there are two logical channels whereby the PDCP object can send packets. It is also provided that the radio network node can determine the matching between the primary and secondary logical channels and the serving cells, and how this matching can be configured for a wireless apparatus. It is also provided that the wireless apparatus can take various actions depending on which of the primary and secondary logical channels, i.e., the RLC object, has failed. And it is also provided that the wireless apparatus operating in the PDCP duplication mode can notify the radio network node of a failure of the radio communication link supporting the secondary logical channel without initiating the RLF procedure.
