SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a feed composition for regulation of digestibility of organic substance, digestibility of dry substance, digestibility of food fibers, digestibility of energy, digestibility of fats and digestibility of protein in a companion animal. The composition contains protein, carbohydrates, fats, food fibers and at least 12 metabolites, including at least 2 metabolites for regulating each of digestibility of organic substance, digestibility of dry substance, digestibility of food fibers, digestibility of energy, digestibility of fats and digestibility of protein in a companion animal. Metabolites are present in amounts from 0.01 wt.% to 10 wt.% of the feed composition for a companion animal.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions will allow for normalizing metabolic processes in a companion animal.
