SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a nucleating agent in the form of particles, a polymer composition for products, a molded product and a method for its production. The nucleating agent in the form of particles for thermoplastic resin contains a compound represented by the general formula (1):

where in the general formula (1), R1-R4, each independently, is a tert-butyl group, R5 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, m is 1, M1 is Na. At the same time, when dry measuring the diameter distribution of particles of the nucleating agent in the form of particles, using the measurement of particle size distribution by laser diffraction, the maximum diameter of particles of the nucleating agent in the form of particles is Dmax, and the dispersion degree of particles of the nucleating agent in the form of particles, measured in accordance with the following procedure, is Dp. In this case, Dmax satisfies the expression (A), and Dp satisfies the expression (B): 87.2 mcm ≤ Dmax ≤ 198.2 mcm (expression (A)), 13% ≤ Dp ≤ 26.2% (expression (B)). A polymer composition for producing a molded product, a molded product obtained using a composition, and a method for producing a molded product by molding are also described.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of nucleating agent particles, such as manufacturability in various environments of use, such as transportation, mixing and storage, in particular, a decrease in the explosion index, but also in the production process of the product mixture, with the possibility of using nucleating agent particles to increase the transparency of crystalline polymer.
