Abstract RU 2764682 C2

FIELD: coatings.

SUBSTANCE: coating made by consecutive treatment of the metallic surface of the body of an automobile with a composition for eliminating coarse defects, unevenness, dents and scratches, a composition for eliminating minor unevenness, dents and scratches, and a composition for filling pores, small scratches and levelling unevenness, wherein the composition coarse defects, unevenness, dents and scratches comprises epoxy, or polyester, or vinyl ester resin as a base, iron powder and carbonyl radio engineering iron as a filler, dibenzoyl peroxide as a hardener, with the following ratio of components, pts. wt.: epoxy, or polyester, or vinyl ester resin - 9 to 17, iron powder - 35 to 61, carbonyl radio engineering iron - 20 to 54, dibenzoyl peroxide - 2, the composition for eliminating minor unevenness, dents and scratches comprises epoxy, or polyester, or vinyl ester resin as a base, carbonyl radio engineering iron as a filler, dibenzoyl peroxide as a hardener, with the following ratio of components, pts. wt.: epoxy, or polyester, or vinyl ester resin - 9 to 17, carbonyl radio engineering iron - 81 to 89, dibenzoyl peroxide - 2, the composition for filling pores, small scratches and levelling unevenness comprises a secondary soil or acrylic resin as a base, carbonyl radio engineering iron as a filler, and a hardener, with the following ratio of components, pts. wt.: secondary soil or acrylic resin - 9 to 32, carbonyl radio engineering iron - 61 to 84, hardener - 7.

EFFECT: use of the proposed compositions provides a possibility of producing a high-quality coating of the damaged surface: eliminating coarse defects, unevenness, dents, and welding seams, minor unevenness and scratches, filling pores, minor unevenness, and levelling unevenness on the treated surface before applying a varnish and paint coating.
