FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method has two steps and involves restoring the right anatomic relations in the joint by means of external fixation apparatus and preparing soft base of the joint at the first step and after correcting deformities the second step is realized, being endoprosthesis installation. Two triangular counterflaps are cut out if deviation is detected. The greater area flap faces with its base the side opposite to deviation. Then the flaps are to be arranged in the proper way one with respect to another after the endoprosthesis is installed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoration phalanx functions.
