SUBSTANCE: solid anthelmintic pharmaceutical preparation (10) contains the first pharmaceutical composition having matrix material and pharmaceutically active ingredients distributed inside matrix material, where the first pharmaceutical composition contains Praziquantel, Pyrantel and Febantel as pharmaceutically active ingredients, while preparation (10) contains the second pharmaceutical composition having matrix material and at least one of avermectins and milbemycins as a pharmaceutically active ingredient distributed inside matrix material, where preparation (10) is provided in a multilayer structure, such that the first composition is provided in first layer (12), and the second composition is provided in second layer (14), where first layer (12) and second layer (14) are separated by barrier layer (16) provided between first layer (12) and second layer (14), wherein matrix material of the first pharmaceutical composition and the second pharmaceutical composition includes one or more of polyvinylpyrrolidones, derivatives of polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxyalkyl celluloses, sopovidone, polyvinyl acetate-polyvinyl caprolactam-polyethylene glycol grafted copolymer (PVAc-PVCap-PEG), cellulose esters, alkylmacroglycerides and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate (HPMCAS), wherein the barrier layer has a thickness in the range from ≥0.1 to ≤5 mm, and wherein matrix material of the first pharmaceutical composition, the second pharmaceutical composition and the barrier layer is the same or different materials. A method for producing a solid anthelmintic preparation is also proposed.
