FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: object 1 is a kit for producing a pharmaceutical composition having fibrinolytic effect, consisting of two components, in which the first component contains lyophilized from a solution with a pH of 4.5-5.5 modified recombinant plasminogen, which is polypeptide containing a catalytic plasminogen domain, the 5th plasminogen kringle-domain and a modified fragment of an amino acid sequence preceding the 5th plasminogen kringle-domain, and recombinant prourokinase, which is modified recombinant prourokinase (modified activator of urokinase-type plasminogen, mAUTP22), as an activator, wherein the first component is characterized by the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: modified recombinant plasminogen 11.6-18.7, modified recombinant prourokinase 0.06-0.07, sodium acetate 18.6-20.3, sodium chloride up to 100; the second component is a buffer solution with a pH of 7.5-8.5. Object 2 is a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition having fibrinolytic effect, according to which components of the kit are mixed before use to form active plasmin substance.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of use due to obtaining a plasmin solution immediately before its introduction into the human body.
