SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely endocrinology, and is intended for the diagnosis of the type of normogonadotropic ovulatory dysfunction in patients with menstrual disorders. The levels of pituitary hormones and TSH are determined. The type of normogonadotropic ovulatory dysfunction is determined based on the data obtained. At normal levels of gonadotropins and TSH, body weight and clinical signs of hyperandrogenemia, hypercorticism, acromegaly are evaluated. According to these criteria, normogonadotropic ovulatory dysfunction due to hyperandrogenemia, normogonadotropic ovulatory dysfunction due to hypercorticism, ovulatory dysfunction due to acromegaly, normogonadotropic ovulatory dysfunction due to obesity are diagnosed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the accuracy and informativeness of the diagnosis of the type of normogonadotropic ovulatory dysfunction in patients with menstrual disorders due to the optimal choice of objective markers for assessing the factors of ovulatory dysfunction.
