FIELD: petroleum industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum and gas and geological prospecting industries and is intended for puncturing tubing and drilling pipes for the purpose of communication with the internal cavity during work for elimination of accidents at the wellhead. The apparatus includes a hydraulic drive unit, a pressure control unit, a shutoff unit, and a unit for securing the apparatus on the pipe. The hydraulic drive unit constitutes a body with a coupling nut and a double-acting single-rod hydraulic cylinder placed therein with a quick-release threaded valve connecting the pressure and drain lines for remote connection via a high-pressure hose to a portable pumping station, as well as a rod equipped with a replaceable punch. The shutoff unit, consisting of a ball valve equipped with a nipple and a connecting unit with a coupling nut, in the open state ensures free movement of the rod with a punch through the passage channel, and in the closed state prevents the entrance of the borehole medium into the cavity of the apparatus, wherein the unit for securing the apparatus on the pipe, including a semi-clamp, with a replaceable pressure sleeve placed therein with a threaded part for screwing with the coupling nut of the shutoff unit on one side and a semicircular groove on the end on the other side, as well as a sleeve with an internal hole for centering the punch and longitudinal channels for passage of the borehole medium, corresponds to the diameter of the pipe and ensures centering and gap-free fit to the punctured pipe with the semicircular groove, and due to the screwing of the coupling nut of the connecting unit on the pressure sleeve of the securing unit, rotation thereof is excluded due to the mortise groove, and the rubber element in the pipe puncture area is sealed.
EFFECT: creation of a small-sized apparatus providing communication with the internal cavity of tubing and drilling pipes for determining the presence of pressure of the downhole medium therein during work for elimination of accidents at the wellhead, capable of operating remotely, to ensure the safety of the operational personnel, from small-sized pumping stations carried and controlled by a single person.
