FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of solid blades of gas turbine engines, having a middle part, an edge/tip and a shank. A method includes a stage of producing a workpiece consisting of at least two parts, at least one of which is a solid part obtained by cutting a bar made of a metal alloy or ceramics-based material, while the specified at least two parts are assembled by diffusion connection without melting, and a stage of mechanical processing the resulting workpiece for the production of a blade with a set profile.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows one to minimize the amount of waste material and reduce the cost of blade production.
