SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for optimizing the use of air or hydraulic flow when using blade rotors and can be used in aviation technology, water technology and wind power. The flow optimization device in front of the blade rotor consists of a central body and one or more blades with a smoothly increasing radius from the radius of the central body to the radius of the blade tip. The blades and the central body are made according to an integrated circuit, i.e. the surface of the shoulder blades merges smoothly into the surface of the central body. The flow optimization device is located in front of the vane rotor. The flow optimization device brings the flow to the rotor blades at the most optimal angle of attack for them.
EFFECT: increased propeller thrust, increased efficiency of blade rotors, reduced noise by reducing vortex separation on the blades.
