FIELD: wind power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering; it can be used for construction of small and average power wind plants. An airflow concentrator is made in the form of two truncated multi-faceted pyramids located opposite to each other and interconnected along their ribs with trapezoidal walls. Small cross-sections of multi-faceted pyramids are closed with horizontal bearing polygons, in the geometric center of which support bearings are fixed, through which a vertical shaft of a wind turbine passes. Bearing vertical racks are rigidly connected to common points of a lower obtuse angle of trapezoidal walls and acute angles of the lower bearing polygon, ending on the ground with foundation plates, and the shaft of the wind turbine, under the lower polygon, is connected to a power unit based on a generator, using a connecting coupling.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of operation of a wind plant.
