FIELD: wind power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: wind engine comprises a control substation, a horizontal shaft and a hub on which the wind turbine blades are arranged. Shafts of two wind turbines with vertical shafts are connected through connecting couplings to input shafts of conical reduction gear. Output shaft of the reduction gear is braked and is connected to the third transport post on the wheel installed on the rail ring. Housing of the conical reduction gear is rigidly connected to the horizontal shaft, on which the hub is fixed in front of the power unit. Wind turbine blades with horizontal shaft are fixed on the hub by means of rods, which are equal in length to vertical shafts of the corresponding wind turbines. Power unit rests on the first two transport stands on guide wheels with electric drives, which are located on the diameter of the rail ring. Support wheel of the third transport post is located on the middle of the rail semi-ring between the guide wheels.

EFFECT: invention can be used as an energy source.
