SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to an electroporation device and a manual block of an electroporation device. The manual block of the device contains a case, a printed circuit board, electrodes, and a battery block. The case determines the volume inside it. The printed circuit board is at least partially located inside the volume of the case. Electrodes protrude from the case, and they are electrically connected to the printed circuit board. The battery block includes a battery block case, battery cells located inside it, the first and the second power terminals, a safety switch, a power switch. The first power output is electrically connected to the printed circuit board. The second power output is connected to battery cells and electrically connected to the printed circuit board. The safety switch is located inside the battery block case and is connected between the first power output and battery cells. The safety switch has the possibility of adjustment between on and off state. When switched on, battery cells are electrically connected to the first power output. When switched off, battery cells are not electrically connected to the first power output. The power switch is located inside the battery block case. The power switch is available from the outside of the battery block case and is made with the possibility of adjustment between on and off state. The safety switch is made with the possibility of adjustment between the on state and the off state, at least partially based on the state of the power switch. In another option, the manual block contains an injection unit and a printed circuit board that is in controlled connection to the injection unit. The battery block contains a controller. The controller is in controlled connection to the safety switch and is made with the possibility of detection of one or more operational states. The controller is made with the possibility of adjustment of the safety switch between the on state and the off state, at least partially based on detected operational states. The electroporation device contains a base station and a manual block. The manual block is connected with the possibility of removal to the base station.

EFFECT: manual block of the electroporation device and the electroporation device are provided, while due to design features and location of the battery block, safety switch and power switch, more economical use of space inside the manual block is provided, and usability is increased.
