SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to operative urology. Performed are extraperitoneal access to the anterior wall of the urinary bladder, Y-shaped dissection of the stenotic bladder neck and the anterior wall of the urinary bladder, followed by V-shaped suturing of the resulting defect. Prior to dissecting the bladder neck, transurethral endoscopic laser dissection of the bladder neck is therein performed at 12 o'clock in the area of stenosis under the control of a video laparoscope. The above dissection is performed until the lumen of the urinary tract is opened into the prevesical space, and further Y-shaped dissection of the stenotic bladder neck and the anterior wall thereof is continued with orientation on the above dissection.

EFFECT: method provides a possibility of increasing the convenience and precision of dissection of the bladder neck, thereby reducing the injury rate and the severity of scarring processes of the surrounding tissues affecting the risk of relapse.
