FIELD: medicine; operative urology.

SUBSTANCE: bladder neck is dissected using endoscopic techniques and a laser. The dissection is limited to two incisions at 5 and 7 o’clock position on the conventional dial, ensuring a lumen width of the bladder neck of at least 1 cm. After that, platelet-rich autoplasma is injected through points located along each incision line at a distance of 5 mm from each other. Through each point, using an endoscopic needle, which is passed perpendicular to the inner surface of the bladder neck, 0.4 ml of autoplasma enriched with platelets is injected. The introduction is carried out into healthy tissues of the bladder neck in such a way that the distance between the point of needle insertion into the bladder neck and the exit point of platelet-rich autoplasma in the bladder neck tissue includes at least 4 mm of healthy tissues of the bladder neck.

EFFECT: method allows to prevent relapse of sclerosis of the bladder neck by preventing the development of fibrosis, and also stimulates regeneration and angiogenesis of the bladder neck; allows to preserve the circular structure of the bladder neck and reduce its damage by reducing the number of endoscopic dissections.
