FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry, namely, to a compound by the formula (Ib) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Wherein, in the formula (Ib), m represents 1 or 2; R is selected from the group consisting of: (a) -(C=O)-(NH)q-Rc, wherein q represents 0 or 1; and Rc is selected from the group consisting of: (i) hydrogen, (ii) -C1-4alkyl optionally substituted with one or two -OH, (iii) -C3-6cycloalkyl optionally substituted with -OH; (b) -S(O)2-NH2; and (c) -S(O)2-C1-4alkyl; R1 is independently selected from (a) hydrogen and (b) halogen; and R2 are independently selected from (a) hydrogen and (b) –OH. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a method for treatment based on compounds by the formula (Ib), and to an application thereof.
