FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to immunology and allergology, pulmonology, and can be used to assess the severity of exacerbation of bronchial asthma. The integral indicator for assessing the severity of bronchial asthma exacerbation was developed on the basis of specialized clinical and functional characteristics. The invention makes it possible to determine the severity of exacerbation of bronchial asthma, which further contributes to the correct personalized selection of anti-asthmatic therapy that prevents subsequent exacerbations of asthma. This method can be used in clinical studies for comparative analysis of the course of BA in different groups of patients with different trigger factors and/or those on different therapy regimens.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the reliability of the diagnosis of the severity of bronchial asthma.
