SUBSTANCE: spirometry, peakflowmetry, history taking, laboratory tests are involved. The relevant findings are used to identify risk factors. Each risk factor is assigned with 1 point. Total score is derived. If the total score is from 9 to 12, the very high risk is predicted; the total value ranging from 6 to 8 shows the high risk, from 3 to 5 - the moderate risk, and from 0 to 2 - the low risk of uncontrolled bronchial asthma.

EFFECT: method provides the high accuracy and information value of predicting the risk of uncontrolled bronchial asthma, enables using the identified risk as a basis to initiate the treatment by specifying the optimum complex of the risk factors, and assessing the detected factors in points.
