FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil production. In the method of producing a composition for intensifying production of heavy and viscous oils, 50–70 wt.% of a mixture of polyoxyethylated esters of monoethanolamides of fatty acids of coconut oil fraction C7-C17, heated to a temperature in range of 40 to 70 °C with active stirring, adding 20–30 wt.% of tributyl ether of phosphoric acid while maintaining stirring and heating at temperature of 40 to 70 °C, 10–20 wt.% of monoethanolamine is added while maintaining stirring and heating at temperature from 40 to 70 °C. Heating and mixing is carried out for 1–4 hours. After synthesis is completed, the reaction mass is cooled at room temperature. In the method of using said composition, said composition is dissolved in working fluid — water in the range of concentration from 0.1 to 10 wt.% of the composition in the working fluid. Solution is stirred and brought to complete dissolution of the composition in the working fluid at ambient temperature. Composition dissolved in the working fluid in concentration of 0.1 to 10 wt.% is added to the reactor with the oil sample at a weight ratio of the working fluid solution with the composition : oil = 1 : 1 and held for 6 hours at temperature of 80 °C under a given pressure.
EFFECT: reduced content of asphaltenes and resins, increased fraction of light hydrocarbons with simultaneous elimination of costs for steam generation and water treatment.
