FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to the field of mining, in more detail – to the oil industry and can be used in the development of hard-to-recover oil deposits, for example, high-viscosity, superviscous, bituminous oils and natural bitumen using thermal methods of impact on productive formation, for example, using thermal steam and reagent to increase the recovery of hard-to-recover oil. Method of producing a reagent for increasing recovery of hard-to-recover oil consists in the fact that finely dispersed technical carbon and a polar or non-polar liquid are taken in the ratio, pts. wt., finely dispersed technical carbon : polar or non-polar liquid = from 10:0.1 to 0.1:10, and mixing them, then adding a surfactant to stabilize the obtained mixture in an amount of not more than 5 wt. % of the mass of the mixture and suspended by stirring for 1–30 minutes at a temperature of plus 5 to plus 95 °C. Method of using the reagent to increase the recovery of hard-to-recover oil consists in the fact that the obtained said reagent is added to the hard-to-recover oil at 0.01–10.0 wt. % for oil, at temperature and pressure used in field conditions of steam-thermal action – that is, in the temperature range from plus 150 to plus 350 °C and in the pressure range from 0.5 to 20 MPa.
EFFECT: increased recovery of hard-to-recover oil.
