FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method for preparation of nanoscale catalyst based on mixed iron oxide Fe3O4 to intensify extraction of heavy raw hydrocarbon deposits that are conducted at room temperature and atmospheric pressure by mixing two pre-prepared aqueous solutions. First aqueous solution consists of mixture of Fe2+ and Fe3+, the second aqueous solution consists of nonsolvent – ammonium hydroxide, hydroxides of alkaline-earth metals, and stabilizing agents-surfactants. Mixing process is carried out with continuous cavitation action of ultrasonic disperser for thirty minutes to obtain mixed iron oxide sol of Fe3O4, are treated with ion exchange resins without turning off cavitation effect on mass until pH value of mass reaches a neutral value to obtain desired product. Particle size of catalyst is in the range of 50 to 165 nm with volume concentration of at least 90 % of volume of obtained desired product. Also the invention relates to a catalyst obtained by the method described above.

EFFECT: expansion of list of catalysts with optimum particle size for intensification of extraction of heavy carbon raw materials in conditions of layer of high-viscosity oils and natural bitumen.
