FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of hard-to-recover hydrocarbon deposits. In the method of producing a reagent for increasing extraction of hard-to-recover hydrocarbon deposits, 1.0 mol of polyglycol is mixed with a catalyst - with 8 ml of 10 wt.% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution or with 0.1 mol of tin chloride to a homogeneous mass. Further, 2.0 mol of a fatty acid of vegetable or synthetic oil is added, the reaction is carried out in a vacuum of a water-jet pump at temperature of 80 °C for 7 hours. Obtained mass is then purified from by-products and impurities formed as a result of synthesis, for which an organic solvent is added, then the obtained mass is washed with 10 wt.% aqueous solution of sodium chloride. After that, the organic solvent is removed by vacuumizing on a rotary evaporator and a ready reagent is obtained — an ester of polyglycol and a fatty acid of a vegetable or synthetic oil of formula I
where R is a hydrocarbon residue of a fatty acid of a vegetable or synthetic oil of structural formula CH2-(CH)m-CH3, where m = from 1 to 22, n is the number of monomer links in the polyglycol molecule, x = from 1 to 4 is the number of CH2 groups in the polyglycol molecule, (CH3)0;1 is a methyl radical, which can be present or absent depending on the chemical structure of the polyglycol molecule.
EFFECT: synthesis of the reagent at lower temperatures, higher efficiency of steam and hot water, maximum possible coverage of the formation when using the reagent.
