SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a hydrogen-accumulative component of a power unit that provides safe and reliable storage of hydrogen used for electricity generation; it can be used for supplying remote objects with electrical energy. The power unit, according to one of implementations, accumulates at least water and hydrogen and includes an electrolysis component that functionally allows for obtaining hydrogen from water, a hydrogen-accumulating element that functionally allows for safe and reliable storing hydrogen in a solid form, and a fuel element that functionally allows for generating electricity from hydrogen. The power unit can be grouped with other analogue power units to provide constant power supply of corresponding scopes of application.
EFFECT: increase in the safety of hydrogen storage and, respectively, power unit operation.
