SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a granular material, a method for manufacturing the granular material, and a method for manufacturing sintered granular material. The granular material comprises dust and slime formed in the technological processes of production of steel, wherein the content of surface water in the granular material is in the range of 10 wt.% or more up to 15 wt.% or less, and the content of the granular material with a particle size of 0.125 mm or more is 90 wt.% or more. When manufacturing the granular material, slime is dehydrated, resulting in dehydrated cake, the dehydrated cake and dust are mixed and granulated. To manufacture a sintered granular material, at least the granular material, an iron-containing raw material, a CaO-containing raw material, and a binding material are mixed, granulated with the addition of water, and sintered using a sintering machine.

EFFECT: use of the granular material allows for a reduction in the value of adhesion to the coupling assembly of the conveyor.
