FIELD: medicine; surgery; plastic surgery; dermatology; cosmetology; odontology; dentistry; orthopedics; neurosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetology, odontology, dentistry, orthopedics, neurosurgery; it can also be used in the production of a shell for different implants. A method for application of a shell to a surface of lifting threads is characterized in that, firstly, an emulsion is obtained by mixing of hyaluronic acid with isopropyl alcohol, then, an organic solvent and Poly (L-lactide acid) (PLLA), and/or Poly (D-lactide acid) (PDLA) with Caprolactone acid copolymer are subsequently added to the resulting emulsion at a proportion of 1:1, the resulting solution, by an electrospinning method, is applied to the surface of threads to obtain a shell, which is polymer micro-threads with inclusion of polysaccharide microcapsules, while a thickness of the resulting shell is 10-100 mcm, and time of application of the solution to an implant is from 30 to 60 seconds, depending on an area and a type of the implant. A shell for lifting threads, as well as a shell for implants obtained by this method are also disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation of a shell for implant, which has good implant adhesion in patient’s tissues, reduced response reaction of the body to the implant, which also stimulates collagenogenesis, prevents uncontrolled growth of coarse fiber connecting tissue, and improves microcirculation in the area of implantation.
