SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The technological line for the production of organomineral fertilizers is characterized by the fact that it contains a mixing tank with a filter-mixer, with a pipeline connected to it from a network water supply, connected to a flowing water heater that heats the water passing from the water supply to the filter-mixer to a temperature of 30°C, a discharge pipeline, containers for storing the finished product and pumps for circulating the solution in the system and unloading the finished product into containers, and the dissolution of the dry concentrate occurs in portions in the filter-mixer, made in the form of a cylinder with segmentally symmetrically located in the walls along the perimeter of rectangular holes, covered with a stainless steel metal mesh steel with a given cell pitch of 400 μm, closed from the bottom with a plug made of a metal mesh of the same material and cell pitch, which reduces the dissolution time by maximizing the throughput of the resulting pa solution, while maintaining the quality of the solution by completely dissolving the dry dose of the concentrate placed in the mixer filter, circulating the resulting solution through the filter mixer from the bottom of the mixing tank until the concentrate portion placed in it is completely dissolved and preventing clogging of the filter mixer mesh by backwashing its outer part circulating solution using nozzles located opposite the segmented openings covered with a mesh and the bottom, at the outlet of the pipeline supplying the solution from the bottom of the mixing tank to the filter mixer.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify the design of the solution unit of the line at minimal cost, to reduce the preparation time of the solution while maintaining its quality indicators.
