SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular to plants for preparation of liquid complex fertilizers in the form of solutions and suspensions with different ratio of nutrients, and can be used in agricultural production. Mortar unit comprises reactor vessel 1, a filtering device, a pipeline system, heat generator 2 interacting along solution heating circuit 3 with heat exchanger for solution heating 4 and along water heating circuit 5 with heat exchanger for water heating 6 with circulation along water heating circuit 7 through water heating tank 8, water supply pipeline 9 and ready solution discharge pipeline 10, connected to water storage tank 11 and ready solution tank 12, shutoff valves, pumping equipment and control device. Filtering device is made in the form of a grid support located in the middle part of reactor vessel 1 with support grid 13 covered with perforated sheet 14. Mortar unit is equipped with solution circulation circuit 15 with delivery end section 16 located above support grid 13 and having delivery nozzles 17. Reactor vessel 1 is provided with upper safety grid 18. Water supply pipeline 9 is equipped with fixed above discharge end section 16 along the axis of reactor vessel 1 water loading pipe 19 with outlet slotted holes 20 and plugged ends attached to discharge end section 16 and upper safety grid 18. Water supply pipeline 9 is equipped with pulse counter 21.

EFFECT: creation of more reliable and easy-to-use equipment with increased efficiency and improved quality of prepared liquid fertilizers.
