Drive wheel of small-sized vehicle with device for lifting along stairs includes drive wheel, pusher, drive, toothed bushing rigidly fixed on drive shaft, two limiters of radial movement of drive. Pusher is made of toothed rack with sliding plates rigidly attached to its side surfaces. Drive is installed on the drive shaft with the possibility of axial movement from the neutral position to the working one and back by means of the pressure unit. Unit is equipped with a pressure cup rigidly attached to the drive with a hold-down lever movably fixed on it. Bushing is rigidly fixed on the drive shaft. Limiters are rigidly fixed on vehicle support. Drive is equipped with driving and rigidly connected to each other and installed on common axis of driven and actuating gears, as well as clamping collar with pressure roller movably fixed in it. Driving gear has internal teeth engaged with the gear bushing when the drive is switched to the working position.
