FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be effectively used for remote registration of patient's breathing process during a session of magnetotherapy. Disclosed is a method for remote registration of the patient's breathing process, which consists in fixing a mark on the chest of a patient undergoing magnetic therapy, automatic recording of an image of the patient's chest with a web camera and transmitting video data to a computer. At the next stages, images are captured, the recording area is selected, the color image is converted to a binary image, marking image selection, marking coordinates, filtering video data, generating a respiration signal, determining diagnostic values and visualizing results of converting video data for a doctor. Time positions of maxima or other phases of the respiratory signal are automatically and continuously determined, short pulses are formed at the found moments of time and the magnetic therapeutic effect is synchronized by them to achieve the best therapeutic effect. Proposed device for remote recording of patient's breathing process comprises a web-camera connected to a computer, a mark fixed on the chest of a patient undergoing magnetic therapy, a set of software modules in the form of virtual devices (VD), which enable to automatically and reliably record the patient's chest oscillations by performing a series of continuous operational transformations over the video data, to generate a respiration signal, measuring and calculating diagnostic values, selecting the patient’s breathing rhythm and synchronizing the magnetic therapy effect. Doctor controls the patient’s respiration process and the therapeutic technique of magnetic therapy using a monitor and a computer mouse.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase the level of automation and accuracy of remote registration of the patient's breathing process undergoing magnetic therapy, broader functional capabilities of the number of operatively determined respiratory signal parameters and adaptation of the magnetotherapeutic exposure to the patient's respiratory rhythm.
