FIELD: window products painting.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to the technology of painting window products. The effect is achieved due to the fact that the method of seamless painting of window products includes placing the window product on the preparation table, cleaning the welded seams and the plane of the product, cleaning the product with compressed air, degreasing the surface of the product, placing the product in the spray booth, tinting the enamel, applying enamel to the product, drying the product, according to the invention, place the PVC profile product on the preparation table, sheathed with a soft material, clean the welded seams and product planes using an eccentric sander with a 240 mesh grinding wheel until a uniform risk is obtained, then the welded seams and planes of the product are cleaned using an eccentric sander with a 320 mesh grinding wheel until a smooth surface is obtained, then the product is processed using a polishing cloth with an 800 mesh grain, while each subsequent treatment grinds the previous risk to a smaller one, then the product is processed with a sticky dust collector with a napkin, degrease the surface of the product, carrying out processing in one direction, apply enamel by air spraying HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) with a wet film thickness of at least 75 microns, dry the product until a dry film is formed, then the product is checked for defects, eliminated and dried until the coating is completely polymerized.

EFFECT: achieving durable coloring of a PVC profile window product with masking of product seams.
