SUBSTANCE: invention relates to active devices (100) with alternating properties of energy/light transmission which comprises the active system (1, 12) located between the safety faceplate (2) and protective coating (3) which are chosen from essentially nonorganic electrochromic systems, light valves systems, liquid crystal systems, gaschromic systems, thermochromic systems and comprises an installment securing impermeability for liquid water and/or water vapour and framing (50) consisting of at least of one metallic part (5а, 5b) located on the periphery of the device; assembly of the framing with the above coating and the faceplate is performed with the help of the facility (61'-64') forming at least a part of installment securing impermeability for liquid water and water vapour.
EFFECT: provision of better energy/light transmission.
