FIELD: filling systems.
SUBSTANCE: systems and methods for filling carbonated liquid with an ambient temperature to a drink container with minimal foam formation are proposed. Carbonated liquid flow through a filling machine can be a laminar flow. The method for filling a carbonated liquid product to a container includes: holding treated water in a water tank; deaeration of the water tank using a vacuum pump; mixing treated water with a concentrate to create a liquid mixture; introducing the liquid mixture with carbon dioxide to create a carbonated liquid product; storing the carbonated liquid product in a carbonated liquid tank that is connected via fluid to the filling machine; operating the filling machine with filling the carbonated liquid product to the container, wherein a temperature of treated water, liquid mixture and carbonated liquid product is maintained at the level of an ambient temperature.
EFFECT: obtaining a system for filling carbonated drinks.
