SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of bottling carbonated beverages with immersion in a container of tubes for supplying a drink and carbon dioxide, and the outlet of the tube for supplying carbon dioxide is placed above the tube for supplying a drink with the formation of a protective layer of carbon dioxide in the container, by means of which air is displaced and in which the filling is subsequently carried out drink.
EFFECT: allows to reduce the amount of oxygen entering the container during the filling process and displace oxygen that has already entered the container and thereby exclude the oxidation of the drink during its storage during the established shelf life.
