FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for controlling one’s breathing, aimed at improving the respiratory function by means of methodological techniques that stimulate the development of coordination of movements of respiratory muscles, and is intended for rehabilitation of patients after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG). Physiotherapy is performed on the area of chest and postoperative sutures, as well as graduated walking in the form of individual exercises and respiratory exercises. Then patients are trained to control their breathing on the basis of restorative treatment.
EFFECT: method provides more effective recovery of the bronchopulmonary system in the patients after CABG in an optimally short period of time due to training of coordination of respiratory muscles in respiratory exercises for two weeks in the postoperative period of CABG.
