SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for manufacturing laminate consisting of a carrier plate and decorative paper located on the carrier plate, including the following stages: a) providing a carrier plate, b) spraying at least one layer of at least one powdered resin on at least one side of the carrier plate, wherein the surface of the side of the carrier plate whereon the powdered resin is sprayed is not smoothed; c) placing at least one decorative paper on the side of the carrier plate whereon the powdered resin is applied; c2) applying at least one top layer to the decorative paper, and d) pressing the layered structure containing the carrier plate, the powdered resin, and the decorative paper. Also described is a variant of a method for manufacturing laminate.
