SUBSTANCE: method for producing a base material provided with a frosted anti-fingerprint coating includes applying a layer of powdered formaldehyde resin to at least one side of the base material and melting it. Then, a dispersion material containing acrylate is applied to the melted formaldehyde resin layer. The resulting layered structure is dried and cured. The base material is a layer of paper or a board based on wood material. A layer of paper and a plate are also proposed.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to reduce the gloss level of the material and increase its wear resistance.
