FIELD: providing information security.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information security and can be used, in particular, to counter-terrorism by technical means. Proposed method of blocking communication in the immediate vicinity of a moving material object is provided by means of an unmanned aerial vehicle with a special installation installed on it, characterized by that the special installation is a radio-controlled explosive device (RED) blocker, which includes an antenna directed downwards, at that, tracking of a moving object by an unmanned aerial vehicle is based on analysis of a video stream from a video camera installed on board, wherein flight route control is performed using an optical marker placed on a moving object.
EFFECT: efficient blocking of radio communication in the immediate vicinity of a moving object.
