SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods that include significant data processing operations using computer systems, and is intended for mass use in the housing and communal sector. The technical result consists in providing the technical possibility of individual accounting of the fractions of waste collected by an individual user of the premises of the building, for subsequent payment to such a user for the waste collected by him. The system contains removable transformable waste bags, the outer surfaces of which contain a visual marking of the waste fraction and a bar code with user data, which are intended for ejection through the waste chutes of buildings, technical devices designed to read the bar code of the bag and weigh it in the filled state, computer devices of primary waste collection points, floors of buildings, user cabinets designed for automated processing, storage and transmission of data to the processing center of the regional operator for waste management, barcode scanners of employees of the regional operator, plastic carriers of bank cards and electronic bank accounts of users, means of communication for users.
EFFECT: providing the technical possibility of individual accounting of the fractions of waste collected by an individual user of the premises of the building, for subsequent payment to such a user for the collected waste.
