FIELD: electronic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electronic engineering and can be used in the production technology of high-voltage vacuum reed switches. The method for sealing high-voltage vacuum reed switches includes their connection to a vacuum system, heating to a temperature of 350-380°С and holding at this temperature, soldering off the stems and cooling. A batch of reed switches is placed in cassettes inside a vacuum chamber, the reed switches are heated at a speed of 10-15 deg/min, the steady-state temperature is maintained for 40-90 minutes until the residual gas pressure in the chamber reaches at least 10-5 Torr, the soldering of the reed switches is performed locally by heating to a temperature of 900-1000°С for 30-40 seconds, and the reed switches are cooled at a speed of 3-5 deg/min.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the manufacturing process and the quality of reed switches.
