FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Method of cleaning heat engineering equipment from scale, including installation of equipment, after which flushing circuit is filled with initial clean process water, then it is gradually heated to temperature of 25–50 °C and introduced into the circulation tank in portions in amount of 1/10 of the total volume to obtain the required concentration of the working solution of 3–10 wt. % of the ready bioorganic composition for the cultivation of symbiotic lactic acid microorganisms, which is a microbial composition of living cultures of thermophilic, anaerobic and microaerophilic acid-forming lactic acid bacteria grown on a carbohydrate-protein substrate with the exception of milk, containing passivating additives, as well as non-ionic surfactants, a corrosion inhibitor and water; wherein the bioorganic composition is added with intervals of 5–10 minutes, the scale is loosened for 4–48 hours, periodically pumping the mixture at a rate of not less than 0.1 m/s, while periodically changing the direction of flow of the flushing liquid to a reverse one.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify and accelerate the process of descaling equipment.
