FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as an energy-cooling system for objects operating without connection to the atmosphere, for example, for special fortification structures (SFS). Energy-cooling system comprises a self-contained power plant, which includes an engine and an electric generator, a refrigerating machine, a fuel tank, a tank with an oxidizer, cold service water storage, heated service water storage. System is equipped with a mixed tank for storing insulated water, a tank for storing a dry neutralizing substance, connected to a dosing tank for preparing an aqueous neutralizing solution, contact heat exchanger for cleaning exhaust gases of the engine, a chemically dirty aqueous neutralizing solution drain line with a circulation pump from a contact heat exchanger to a chemically dirty aqueous neutralizing solution storage, storage of heated process water is used, as well as a line for supplying cleaned waste gases from a contact heat exchanger to an oxidizer supply line to an engine of an autonomous power plant.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of service water for cooling the engine of the autonomous power plant, as well as increased service life of the mode of complete isolation of the SFS.
