FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as an energy-cooling system for facilities operating without connection to the atmosphere, for example, for special fortifications. Energy-cooling system is equipped with a water supply line with a circulation pump from a clean cold service water storage, after the circulation pump, it is divided into two pipelines, one of which is a pipeline for cooling the refrigerating machine, and the other one is a pipeline that goes into an intermediate tank. Storages of clean cold service water and heated process water are made in the form of separate heat-insulated reinforced concrete tanks. Outlet from the refrigerating machine is connected to the intermediate tank. System is equipped with service water supply line from intermediate tank to self-contained power plant engine, contact heat exchanger for cleaning the exhaust gases of the autonomous power plant engine with heated process water, the heated process water supply line from the autonomous power plant engine into the contact heat exchanger, as well as a line for supplying cleaned exhaust gases from a contact heat exchanger to an oxidizer supply line to an engine of an autonomous power plant.

EFFECT: improving the quality of purification of exhaust gases from the engine of an autonomous power plant for their reuse as an additional component to the oxidizer.
