SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used as an energy free system for objects operating without atmosphere connection, for example for special fortification structures. Self-contained energy freezing system of special fortification structure intended for operation in full isolation mode, which is equipped with service water storage, made in the form of a heat-insulated reinforced concrete tank, divided by a heat-insulating partition into two containers, one of which, a container for storing clean cold service water, another, a tank for collecting heated dirty process water, a water supply line with a circulation pump from a storage tank for storing clean cold into a refrigerating machine and a motor of an autonomous power plant separated after the circulation pump into two pipelines, one of which, the pipeline going for cooling of the refrigerating machine, the other, the pipeline going for cooling of the motor of the autonomous power plant, on each of these pipelines installed adjustable valves, wherein pipeline, which goes for cooling of refrigerating machine, after outlet from refrigerating machine is connected to pipeline, which is for cooling engine of autonomous power plant, contact heat exchanger for cleaning exhaust gases of engine of autonomous power plant with process water, exhaust gas supply line from autonomous power plant engine to contact heat exchanger, hot service water supply line from autonomous power plant engine to contact heat exchanger, line for draining the heated service water from the contact heat exchanger into the collection tank of heated dirty process water, as well as a line for supply of the cleaned exhaust gases from the contact heat exchanger into the oxidizer supply line into the autonomous power plant engine, wherein the cleaned exhaust gases feed line from the contact heat exchanger is connected to the oxidizer supply line through the ejector installed on the oxidiser supply line to the engine.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of using industrial water refrigeration potential, reduction of technical water and oxidizer storage while maintaining full-time insulation mode, as well as collection and recycling inside the special fortification structure of exhaust gases of the engine of the autonomous power plant, excluding their emission outside the special fortification structure in the mode of complete isolation.
